Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and document management.
    • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and office communications.
    • Conduct research and assist with ongoing projects.
    • Collaborate with various departments to gain exposure to office operations.
    • Shadow team members and learn about the commercial real estate industry.
  • Daily Office Maintenance
    • Answer the door and greet visitors as needed.
    • Empty and run the dishwasher, and make coffee.
    • Restock drinks and snacks in the kitchen, ensuring all supplies are kept up to date.
    • Monitor and manage office supplies (e.g., paper, copier ink, snacks, drinks) and order necessary supplies as needed with approval of the Office Manager
    • Take out the trash and replace trash bags as needed.
    • Coordinate and track lunch orders, ensuring timely pickup as per the office schedule.
  • Errands & Miscellaneous tasks
    • Run errands for Advisors, Property Managers (PM), and office staff as needed to support day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Education & Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Administration, or related fields.
