About the Role
The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) leads revenue-generating marketing efforts within an assigned region and serves as a key liaison between marketing, business development and practice teams. This position plays a critical role in supporting pursuit strategies, optimizing workflows and driving continuous improvement in regional marketing performance. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized and collaborative with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The RMM directly manages Marketing Coordinators assigned to the region and collaborates closely with technical staff and the broader marketing team to ensure marketing materials are compelling, strategically positioned, and aligned with FGMA's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with practice teams, business development, and firm leadership to align regional marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Lead and oversee the development of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other pursuit-related materials.
  • Manage and mentor Marketing Coordinators, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and subject matter experts to develop compelling, strategically positioned marketing content.
  • Maintain and enhance regional marketing materials, ensuring consistency with FGMA's brand standards and messaging.
  • Support client development efforts through market research, pursuit strategy, and opportunity tracking.
  • Plan and coordinate regional conferences, industry events, and client engagement activities.
  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of marketing data within Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint and support reporting needs.
  • Analyze pursuit and marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Champion continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools, and workflows within the region.

Required Qualifications
  • 6 to 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within the AEC industry or another professional services environment
  • Experience leading complex pursuits and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, written communication, and editing skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CRM systems, preferably Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
