Overview

Integrity is seeking a highly organized and strategically minded Marketing Manager to support our Integrity Life initiatives across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels at project management, structured thinking, and creating clear and compelling marketing deliverables - from creative briefs to execution plans. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with our Integrity Life sales distribution team and other crossfunctional teams to drive alignment, build strategic marketing frameworks, and deliver polished presentations and marketing assets that support new and existing initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Marketing Frameworks

Develop clear, actionable creative briefs that outline objectives, target audiences, messaging, deliverables, and KPIs.

Build marketing plans for new initiatives supporting Integrity Life, including timelines, workstreams, communication strategies, and crossfunctional alignment.

Translate business needs into strategic marketing recommendations and structured plans.

Project & Program Management

Manage the endtoend project management of marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and dependencies are proactively managed.

Facilitate project intake, scope, prioritization, and workflow coordination across creative, brand, product marketing, and corporate teams.

Maintain clear documentation, project plans, and stakeholder communication.

Presentation & Communication Excellence

Develop polished presentations that articulate strategy, insights, progress, and recommendations.

Build email, newsletter and social content calendars supporting Integrity Life and their crossfunctional audiences.

Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions clearly and succinctly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with teams across creative, brand, communications, product, sales enablement, and executive leadership to bring initiatives to life.

Ensure message consistency, brand alignment, and stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Facilitate collaboration during planning cycles, working sessions, and decision points.

Measurement & Insights

Define success metrics for initiatives and track performance against goals.

Deliver postlaunch recaps, synthesizing learnings, and recommend future optimizations.

Support datainformed decisionmaking throughout the planning and execution process.

Qualifications

Required

5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, marketing program management, or a similar role.

Demonstrated ability to create strategic marketing documents (creative briefs, marketing plans, messaging frameworks, etc.).

Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multistakeholder initiatives.

Ability to think strategically while also managing details with precision.

Experience working within enterprise or matrixed corporate environments.

Preferred

Experience in B2B or enterprise marketing environments, including life insurance, sales/technology or other related fields.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent.

Understanding of creative development processes and crossfunctional marketing workflows.

Background in product marketing, corporate marketing or advertising agency work.
