Job Summary and Qualifications



    We are seeking a Leadership Development Program Manager to lead our Executive Development Program for aspiring hospital CFOs, CNOs, and COOs. This role will drive the design, facilitation, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development initiatives that build executive capability across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead executive leadership development programs and learning events.
    • Facilitate executive-level learning experiences and workshops.
    • Partner with stakeholders, instructional designers, and change management teams to drive program success.
    • Develop communication, deployment, and adoption strategies.
    • Measure program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
    • Manage vendor relationships, program reporting, and certification processes.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA/MHA) preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Program Management, or related field.
    • Strong executive facilitation, instructional design, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
    • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
    • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
