Executive Assistant

Today, our platform is expanding beyond financing into receivables, payables, and embedded payments, giving businesses greater control over their cash flow.

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. This role requires exceptional discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage both professional and personal tasks with equal care and attention to detail.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
  • Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives
  • Follows up with internal and external stakeholders to hold them accountable
  • Plan and execute company events, offsites, and team gatherings
  • Coordinate office operations and serve as liaison with building management and vendors
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
