As Go Auto continues to grow, so does our investment in developing our people.

We're excited to introduce a brand-new role on our growing Learning & Development team. As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll play a key role in building the operational foundation that supports employee development across Canada and the United States.

Working closely with the Director, Learning & Development, you'll coordinate learning programs, support Go University, administer our learning platforms, improve processes, and help create exceptional learning experiences for thousands of employees.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, building relationships, and helping shape a growing department.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and online learning programs across Canada and the United States.

  • Administer Learning Management Systems, including UKG Pro Learning, ADP Learning, and other learning platforms.

  • Manage course registrations, attendance, completions, learner records, and reporting.

  • Coordinate Go University schedules, classrooms, virtual sessions, facilitators, materials, and participant communications.

  • Support onboarding, leadership development, compliance, and operational learning initiatives.

  • Prepare learning materials, certificates, communications, and learning resources.

  • Generate reports, monitor participation, completion rates, and learning metrics.

  • Partner with leaders and employees to deliver an exceptional learning experience.

  • Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, systems, and operational efficiencies.

  • Support new initiatives as our Learning & Development department continues to evolve and grow.

What You Bring

You have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working in a Learning & Development, Training, or Learning Coordinator role.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience administering a Learning Management System, preferably UKG Pro Learning, ADP Learning, or a similar platform.

  • Experience coordinating instructor-led, virtual, or enterprise learning programs.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience supporting learning initiatives within a multi-location organization is considered an asset.

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Adult Education, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
