ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Insurance has always been a part of my life—my father was a State Farm agent, and before opening my own agency, I worked as a team member myself. Those experiences helped shape my passion for serving customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.
My wife and I both attended Auburn University, and we stay busy with our children and two dogs. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, spending time at the lake, and making memories with family and friends. Community involvement is important to me, and while we're already active locally, we have plans to expand our participation in community events and outreach efforts in the years ahead.
Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, a Simple IRA, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where team members can build rewarding careers while maintaining time for the people and activities that matter most.
Our culture is fast-paced, friendly, and family-oriented. We work hard, support one another, and consistently strive to achieve our goals while maintaining a positive atmosphere. I'm looking for someone who is self-driven, energetic, hardworking, and professional. The ideal candidate takes initiative, enjoys being part of a team, and is motivated to grow both personally and professionally. If you're looking for a supportive environment with high expectations and strong opportunities for success, we'd love to meet you.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Logan Steers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
