We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of current beauty trends to join our R&D team. This role focuses on innovating, designing, and developing next-generation eyelash products, from concept to prototype and production.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth trend research within the beauty and eyelash industry to identify emerging opportunities
  • Brainstorm and develop innovative product concepts, including new lash designs, materials, and applications
  • Design and create new eyelash styles, including hands-on development and iterative improvements
  • Produce physical samples and prototypes for testing, evaluation, and refinement
  • Execute design concepts using lash design tools
  • Conduct product testing and performance evaluation, including quality, usability, and durability
  • Develop prototypes for new technologies, concepts, and product innovations
  • Collaborate closely with product teams, factories, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution
  • Continuously improve existing products through design enhancements and technical upgrades
  • Research and contribute to product patent opportunities, including understanding IP landscape and innovation potential
Qualifications
  • Creative, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense
  • Strong interest in false eyelashes, beauty products, and industry trends
  • Experience or exposure to beauty product development is preferred
  • Hands-on ability to design, test, and refine physical products
