Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.  

Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship
  • Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service
  • Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Have 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program
  • Ability to travel to offsite training facilities, as needed 
  • Must have own tools 
  • Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently 
  • Exceptional documentation and communication abilities 

Preferred:

  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to travel to customer and company locations
