We're hiring an Intern: Warehouse Associate at our Distribution Center in Columbia, MO for SUMMER 2026 and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack orders  
  • Inventory Accuracy Improvement Project
    • Goal: Reduce discrepancies between physical stock and system records
      • Perform cycle counts on selected SKUs
      • Identify root causes of mismatches (mis-picks, mislabels, system delays)
      • Propose fixes (better labeling, scanning process, checks)
      • Skills gained: Data analysis, attention to detail, process improvement
