We are looking for a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to support our busy office and provide exceptional customer service to customers. The individual we are looking for will be able to successfully maneuver working in a fast-paced environment and able to learn quickly. We pride ourselves in recruiting energetic, conscientious, and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy being part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties
  • Data entry/uploading listing information
  • Maintaining files
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating and/or assisting with the preparation of marketing materials
  • Photocopying and filling of all purchase & legal documents
  • Qualifications:

    • Superior customer service skills
    • Handling multi line telephone system
    • High level of initiative and the ability to multitask
    • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
    • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Strong time management capabilities
    • Strong analytical and attention to detail
    • Experience with MS Office & Social Media Applications

    Requirements & Software Knowledge:

    • Minimum high school education, with a preference to college level courses/ diploma
