Atlanta, GA 30308 Web Cam Interview Only Hybrid-06/30/2027 Local highly preferred. Must Skills: 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation. ServiceNow modules such as ITSM(IT Service Management), CSM(Customer service management also called PSDS), HAM (Hardware asset management). Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
