Location: Dallas, TX / Plano, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, along with a solid understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process automation tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
  • Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in release planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices and governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura components, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools.
