Location: Rogers, Arkansas, United States
Full-Time | MidSenior Level | Immediate Opportunity


Position Overview

An established and growing engineering design firm is seeking a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) to join its Rogers, AR office. This position is ideal for a self-motivated engineer with at least 5 years of experience in site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects.

As a lead engineer, you will plan, develop, and manage engineering projects of varying size and complexity, while collaborating with clients and guiding junior staff. This is a key role offering professional growth, leadership opportunities, and the chance to make a lasting impact through thoughtful, practical engineering solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction.

  • Develop and review site development plans, grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
  • Provide oversight on municipal infrastructure designs.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders.

  • Oversee junior team members and provide technical mentorship.

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and profitability.

  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Masters degree is a plus)

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arkansas, or eligible via comity
