Job description

Controls Engineer with experience designing, programming, and commissioning industrial automation systems. Skilled in PLC and HMI development, electrical control panel design, pneumatic and hydraulic system design, and troubleshooting complex manufacturing equipment. Proficient in AutoCAD, servo drive systems, electrical schematics, and machine startup support. Experienced in collaborating with installation teams, training plant personnel, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designed electrical wiring, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics for automated manufacturing systems.
  • Developed PLC programs to control machine sequences and industrial processes.
  • Designed and configured HMI applications for operator interface and system monitoring.
  • Created electrical control panel layouts and documentation using AutoCAD.
