Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking candidates for our Dev10 Associate Software Developer program. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity that is remote and requires relocation for client projects after training. Dev10 provides a pathway for motivated individuals with a technical aptitude to launch a career in Software Development. This program starts with 3-4 months of intensive, paid training in technologies like Java, Spring, REST, and React. Dev10 provides a training stipend, relocation assistance, and mentorship from Senior Engineers. Following training, you will work for up to two years as a Dev10 consultant on projects with our corporate clients. Responsibilities: Actively participate in and complete a 3-4 month immersive software development training program Develop hands-on skills in Java, IntelliJ, MySQL, Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, and React Work on client-based projects for up to two years post-training as a Dev10 consultant Collaborate with team members and receive mentorship from Senior Engineers Relocate as needed for client engagements anywhere in the continental US Requirements: Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship Bachelor's degree Minimum 6 months of programming experience from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work in one of the following languages: Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation Desired skills: Passion for learning and interest in Software Development Strong logic and reasoning skills Clear communication and collaboration abilities Team-oriented mindset Pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
