  • Oversee data integrity and platform health, including the tracking of "Time to Close" and other critical investigation metrics.

3. Advanced Data Analytics & Trend Identification

  • Leverage ER data to identify emerging behavioral trends, mental health challenges, and policy violation patterns.

  • Overlay demographic data with ER insights to proactively identify "hot spots" related to equity, inclusion, and organizational risk.

  • Develop predictive models to identify early-warning signs of workplace conflict or attrition.

4. Executive Reporting & Business Reviews

  • Design and deliver high-impact Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks for the Chief Operations and Finance Officer (COFO), Chief People Officer (CPO) and Employee Success Business Partners (ESBPs).

  • Transform complex investigation data into clear, actionable executive summaries that inform global talent strategy.

  • Benchmark Salesforce ER performance against industry standards using internal and external studies (e.g., HR Acuity Benchmarking Study).

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in Employee Relations, HR Technology, or People Analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Technical Expertise: Mastery of HR Acuity or similar ER case management platforms is essential. Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and Slack for process automation is preferred.
