$135,600.00 - $203,400.00
Purpose Statement: To provide leadership and direction to the Manufacturing Engineering team(s) from a functional perspective. Manage the Manufacturing Engineering function in line with functional specific strategies, process and systems development, people development, employee relations, plant level metrics.
Key Job Accountabilities:
  • Lead manufacturing-engineering excellence by collaborating with various functional leads to ensure engineering capability meets or exceeds manufacturing standards for quality product delivery.
  • Support Program Management initiatives and activities to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead process/product/equipment engineering activities in compliance with Plexus Core Values to meet industry standards, regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership to site operations, establish a technology roadmap, and collaborate with corporate and regional technical teams to achieve lower costs and higher manufacturing returns.
  • Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
  • Proven leadership skills and management experience.
