Product Operations Associate to help scale and optimize our operational processes. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Design, and Operations to execute critical workflows, improve operational efficiency, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do- Execute operational workflows with accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Operations to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, risks, and process gaps, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Support new product launches, operational initiatives, and workflow enhancements.
- Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational playbooks.
- Manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and operational deadlines.
- Learn new systems and product functionality quickly to support evolving business needs.
- Help drive a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For- Experience in a high-growth startup, HR technology, payroll, benefits administration, or HRIS environment is preferred.
- Experience supporting leave of absence administration in a multi-state environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.
- Comfortable working in queue-based workflows and balancing competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Empathy for employees navigating complex leave and benefits experiences.
- Experience with operational and reporting tools such as Metabase, Asana, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Excel, or similar platforms.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, systems, and operational processes.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.64 per hour
