OVERVIEW

The Report Developer is responsible for administering and developing reporting solutions to meet business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION

The Report Developer intern collaborates with Business Analysts, Developers and end users to develop reports and administer reporting frameworks based on requirements.

  • The position has primary responsibility to write individual reports as well as validate the data for a meaningful end user experience.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand functional and technical data requirements and translate requirements into actionable data for reporting solutions.
  • Creating reports - with prompts, filters, grouping, and sorting
  • Creates ad hoc analysis reports as needed by operating departments.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of reporting tools like Cognos, SSRS and ETL tools (SQL Server Integration Services).
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to be flexible
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication, organization skills and analytical skills.
