JX Advanced Metals USA is a global leader in advanced materials supporting the semiconductor industry. Our Mesa, Arizona facility is focused on high-quality manufacturing, continuous improvement, and integrated management systems.
We are seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to support our Integrated Management System (IMS) across quality, environmental, and safety processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining system compliance, supporting audits, and driving improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Assist with internal, external, and customer audits
  • Track and follow up on corrective actions and audit findings
  • Support root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain document control for procedures, work instructions, and records
  • Analyze system and process data to identify trends and risks
  • Partner with engineering and operations to ensure compliance with ISO and IATF 16949 standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or systems environment
