- Design and execute a comprehensive developer relations strategy aligned with FriendliAI's company goals, developer adoption initiatives, and community growth
- Lead organization and execution of hackathons, technical meetups, workshops, webinars, and conference activations that engage AI engineers, ML practitioners, and infrastructure developers
- Create and oversee high-quality technical content, including blog posts, inference benchmarks, architecture deep dives, integration tutorials, videos, demos, and developer documentation
- Develop engaging social and community content that highlights FriendliAI's technology, product launches, open-source initiatives, and community activities
- Build and maintain relationships with developer communities, open-source contributors, technical influencers, and strategic ecosystem partners
- Gather developer feedback to inform product roadmap and improvements
- Represent FriendliAI at industry conferences and developer events
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive messaging
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or technical community management

- Technical background with hands-on programming experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Experience/familiarity with GenAI technologies, LLM inference, GPU optimization, or AI developer tooling preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, spending 2-3 days per week onsite at FriendliAI's office in downtown San Francisco
