Position Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a strategic executive responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of a residential real estate development business. This role leads financial planning, capital strategy, risk management, accounting, and financial reporting to support growth, profitability, and compliance.

The CFO will partner closely with executive leadership to guide investment decisions, evaluate project feasibility, secure financing, and support the company's long-term financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Serve as a key financial advisor to executive leadership.
  • Evaluate capital structure and financing strategies.

Capital Management & Financing
