• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and resources.
• Provide individual and group therapy using established evidence-based treatment interventions, notably cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans with clear objectives and therapeutic strategies tailored to each client.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and the treatment team to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, including risk assessments and safety planning, as needed to support clients during acute episodes.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes aimed at building skills, enhancing coping strategies, and fostering a supportive community among clients.

The successful candidate will work predominantly with clients undergoing detoxification, who may be dealing with substance use disorders coupled with various mental health challenges. This diverse client population requires a nuanced understanding of both addiction and mental health conditions, with an emphasis on treating the whole individual. Your interventions will directly impact their recovery journey as you help instill hope and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health or outpatient settings, preferably with a focus on substance use disorders.
• Strong understanding and practical application of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with proficiency in assessment techniques.

• Experience in a detox or addiction recovery setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual therapy delivery.
• Knowledge of local resources and community programs related to addiction recovery and mental health.
