Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Detailer. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members. 


Responsibilities:


- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, to meet company standards

- Inspect vehicles for any damage or areas requiring additional attention

- Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure a high-quality finish

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the detailing bay and equipment storage areas

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices



Requirements


- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality work

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
