Detailer

The Automotive Detailer is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the appearance, cleanliness, and presentation of vehicles within the dealership. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles that meet the highest standards of quality and care. The Detailer interacts daily with Customers, Technicians, Service Advisors, Sales Associates, Parts Associates, and Management, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clean and detail interior and exterior of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicle surfaces
  • Vacuum interiors, clean upholstery, carpets, and dashboards
  • Apply protective finishes and coatings as needed
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any issues
  • Maintain detailing equipment and work area in a clean, organized manner
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous detailing or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
