Job description

Destination Willamette is seeking to grow our professional in-house housekeeping team. As the world has changed with COVID-19, we are committed to providing exceptional cleaning standards for our guests and homeowners, while also keeping our team safe. We believe our housekeeping team is a core pillar of Destination WIllamette, and we are looking for the right person to take ownership to ensure each and every standard practice is being met every time, and team members are trained properly with the know-how to do their jobs best. We are looking for professional housekeepers capable of attending to our houses with integrity and attention to detail. We want every guest who walks into our rentals to feel as if they are the first person to have stayed in that house; Every time. We are looking for Part-time and Full-time help. Weekends frequently required. Specific duties may include: Professionally clean properties up to Lifestyle standards including: Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces Assist with laundry and stain treating Identify and report any damages or missing items to management Pack and load all items needed for cleaning the homes Replenish consumable items such as paper products, teas, sugars, coffee creamers, etc. Utilize the company housekeeping van for cleaning shifts and clean/restock at the end of your day. Qualifications: Ability to work weekends occasionally Must be 18+ Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs Able to stand for long periods of time as well as squat, stoop, bend, and kneel Able to withstand contact with dog hair, mildew, dust, and cleaning products Must have reliable transportation and a valid Oregon drivers license.
