Job description

Groundskeeper

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and self-motivated Independent Contractor to help maintain a private estate for Airbnb accommodations & an elegant wedding venue.
If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating beautiful outdoor spaces, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Mow, edge, and maintain lawns.
Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges.
Weed, mulch, and maintain flower beds and landscaped areas.
Plant and care for seasonal flowers, shrubs, lavender, herbs, vegetables, and gardens.
Propagate plants, shrubs, and trees through cuttings, division, or other propagation methods.
Perform irrigation maintenance and minor repairs.
Clean up leaves, branches, and debris.
Operate landscaping equipment safely.
Help prepare and maintain the grounds for weddings, special events, and Airbnb guests.
Identify opportunities to improve the beauty and appearance of the property.
Perform general groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
Hardworking, reliable, and physically able to work outdoors.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Takes pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining beautiful landscapes.
Dependable, organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Knowledge of plant propagation, gardening, and landscape maintenance is highly desirable.
Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred.
Must provide your own landscaping tools and reliable transportation.
