Summary of Position
Ensure the Campgrounds are effectively maintained to protect the natural environment and ensure a clean a safe environment for all visitors
2026 season must have own RV
Responsibilities
  • Collect camping and vehicle fees for visitors as well as money from fee tubes (if applicable)
  • Clean bathrooms, camp sites, fire rings and any other assigned areas in a manner consistent with company expectations
  • Consistently dispose of trash and maintain receptacles
  • Report any needs related to minor building or equipment repair to supervisor
  • Replace light bulbs and supplies in buildings including in bathrooms
  • Maintain environment in a neat manner by cutting grass, trimming shrubs and trees and watering plants. Perform other campground duties related to maintaining a neat and clean appearance
  • Immediately report any maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions or needed repairs to the maintenance supervisor
  • Other duties as requested
Requirements
  • Possess upbeat and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized and able to adhere to schedules
  • Must represent the Company and Park in a professional manner by wearing a company uniform, name badge, etc.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25-30 pounds occasionally
  • Understand basic math
  • Must be able to bend, twist, squat and stand on feet for up to 8-10 hours per day
  • Must have own RV. 30 AMP.
Education and Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum one-two (1-2) years customer service experience
