Job Duties And Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Planning Manager to join our team! As a Event Planning Manager, you will work closely with our clients and wedding couples to bring their vision to life. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you have a passion for weddings and social events, are extremely organized, and can balance multiple tasks with ease, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Manage all logistical aspects of social and wedding catering, including timeline creation, vendor coordination, and staff management
  • Work one-on-one with clients and wedding couples to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert guidance and recommendations
  • Conduct detailed walkthroughs and tastings to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to execute
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as wedding planners, coordinators, and venue staff
  • Manage wedding day setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Ensure seamless communication with wedding couples, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and timelines
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Participate in rotating manager on-duty weekends throughout the year
Education And Skills
  • High School Diploma/GED. Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of (3) years in hotel or conference Catering/Salwa
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Delphi or equivalent software
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple events simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and excellence
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, and take initiative
  • Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor, with a warm and approachable personality
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and evenings as needed
