Marketing / Sales Manager – Residential and Commercial Real Property

ISN is seeking a Marketing / Sales Manager to organize and lead regional marketing and sales efforts related to residential, commercial, industrial, and specialty real property assets. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight of marketing initiatives, sales activities, and broker coordination while supporting effective property disposition and maximizing asset value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for assigned geographic regions.
  • Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns, property listings, and sales activities.
  • Manage relationships with brokers, agents, vendors, and other real estate professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and applicable real estate regulations.
  • Provide leadership and direction to marketing and sales personnel.
