Job Description

Lead the charge in crafting extraordinary experiences and fostering a lively ambiance! This role requires seasoned expertise to curate and maintain an enticing beverage program and world-class team, all while ensuring each guest enjoys an unparalleled experience.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff, ensuring they follow company policies, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Develop and update the bar's beverage menu, selecting and creating new cocktails, and staying informed about industry trends to enhance the overall drink offerings.
  • Manage the bar budget, monitor sales and expenses, implement cost-control measures, and strive to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, including creating a welcoming atmosphere, organizing promotions, and responding effectively to customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with event planners and other departments to coordinate bar services for special events, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and local and state laws governing the service of alcoholic beverages, including age verification and licensing requirements.

The starting range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000. This is the pay range for this position that Auberge du Soleil reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.ย 

Qualifications
  • 2 years experience as a Restaurant or Bar Manager
  • Knowledge of wine, wine service, beverage standards, and various drink recipes.
  • Knowledge of beer, liquor, and all other alcoholic beverages.
