What You'll Do:

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression.

  • Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

  • Make dining, theater, tour, and transportation arrangements tailored to guest preferences.

  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize services whenever possible.

  • Assist with childcare arrangements and other special requests.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the lobby and concierge desk.

  • Build and maintain resources to provide up-to-date recommendations for activities and events.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries in person, by phone, or digitally.

  • Conduct hotel tours, showcasing its history and design.

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or relevant work experience required.

  • Minimum of one (1) year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.

  • Experience with previous Property Management System, preferred Opera System.

  • Certification for Concierge Professional preferred.

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time required.

  • Ability to work weekends, evening, holidays as necessary/required.
