The Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced Forklift Operators for our client in the automotive industry located in Louisville (40241).These positions are Temp-to-Hire opportunities!!!

Start date: We Have Immediate Openings!
Payrate / Shift: WEEKLY PAY
  • A Shift: Monday - Thursday $16.50 hr. (6am-6pm)
  • B Shift: Tuesday - Friday $17.00 hr. (6pm-6am)
  • C Shift: Friday - Saturday And Sunday - Monday 17.25 hr. (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently ensure that all loads are delivered to their correct destinations and locations.
  • Maintain timely and accurate inventory counts
  • Move, stack, and organize crates and pallets of materials for a manufacturing and warehouse environment
Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of forklift experience
  • Must be able to operate a sit-down lift
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
  • Must successfully pass a Forklift Assessment and Skills test.
  • Pre-employment Drug Screen is mandatory
  • A great attitude/attendance are a priority
  • No felonies under 7 years old
