Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Compensation: $18/hr
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide desktop support for agency users in Windows-based environments.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop hardware and software.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues both onsite and remotely.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting and connectivity support.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while responding to user requests and incidents.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and support activities as required.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on desktop support experience.
  • Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software in a Windows environment.
  • Working knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the service area.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment and work in physically demanding or uncomfortable positions for extended periods when necessary.
