Executive/Desktop Support Associate โ€“ New York, NY

The Information Technology team invites a highly motivated Executive/Desktop Support Associate to provide IT support and services for a full floor of employees, including senior executives and their administrative assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field incoming requests and issue tickets from end users in ServiceNow.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, mobile devices, videoโ€‘conferencing, application software, telecommunication, network, and servers.
  • Personally resolve or appropriately escalates issues, providing detailed logs to development teams.
  • Record, track, and document the helpโ€‘desk request problemโ€‘solving process.
  • Apply diagnostic utilities for troubleshooting.
  • Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
  • Perform handsโ€‘on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems.

  • Exceptional customer service, prioritization, and multiโ€‘tasking abilities.
  • Expertise in PC hardware and peripherals, videoโ€‘conferencing, Windows10/11, Microsoft Office365, Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive, remote VPN connectivity, and Active Directory.
  • Proven capability supporting audio/video conferencing solutions.
  • Experience with Apple devices and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
Compensation

Base salary range: $150,000โ€“$160,000. Total compensation may include bonuses, overtime, deferred cash, benefits, and company contributions to a 401(k) plan.
