We are seeking a Contract Desktop Support Specialist in California.

Shift: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week

Position Details:
Patient Population: N/A
Setting: 100% onsite at Hoag Newport Beach
Responsibilities:
  • Provide hardware, software, and installation support for desktop PCs and network devices.
  • Image and configure new PCs using Hoag's standard setup.
  • Reimage and deploy systems, ensuring all prior user data is removed.
  • Inventory and verify new hardware; report discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot PCs, printers, network devices, and mobile technologies.
  • Support Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and Mac OS devices.
  • Collaborate with IS teams, vendors, and Service Desk for escalated issues.
  • Maintain asset records and facilitate e-waste disposal.
Required Procedures:
  • Imaging and configuration of PCs/laptops
  • Use of endpoint tools such as SCCM, Symantec, Dell Data Protection
