Location: On-Site | 4900 Daggett Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110

Job Summary: The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that an organization’s computers, software, and related technology run smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware or software systems
  • Consulting with users over the phone or in person to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Document technical support procedures through ticketing system
  • Setup and configure workstations with computers and other necessary equipment
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • 2 years’ experience with the following: Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows 10, Windows Server (bonus), SharePoint, Desktop Support, Help Desk
  • Previous experience in IT or related field
  • Associate’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
