DatamanUSA is looking for a Service Desk Technician for our direct client based in MD. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a quick learner with excellent people skills.

Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 6 months


Basic Qualifications:
*) Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
*) 1-2 years of customer support, help desk, or technical support experience.
*) Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and PC hardware troubleshooting.
*) Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop configuration, software installation, and network connectivity.
