Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operation of end-user computing platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, RF scanners, and peripherals
  • Perform device management activities using tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and SOTI
  • Support device provisioning, configuration, refresh, and decommissioning, including Windows Autopilot and standard department device setups
  • Support operating system updates and patching for end-user devices, including application packaging, testing, and maintaining compatibility across updates
  • Support Windows, macOS, Linux (as needed for specific teams), and 10ZiG endpoint devices used in manufacturing or specialized environments
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Intune and JAMF health issues that impact device enrollment, compliance, configuration, or manufacturing reliability
  • Provide advanced endpoint support for issues escalated from Desktop or Service Desk teams
  • Partner with Network, Security, Server, and other IT teams to resolve device-related issues
  • Support end-user audiovisual (AV) solutions and participate in AV-related projects, including vendor coordination and device deployment
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours incidents impacting manufacturing operations and business users

Qualifications
Required
  • Experience supporting end-user devices and operating systems in an enterprise IT environment
  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or similar
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, operating systems, and endpoint configuration
  • Clear communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset

Preferred
  • Experience supporting devices in manufacturing or operational environments
  • Experience with application packaging or endpoint configuration management
  • Exposure to Active Directory or Entra ID
  • Basic familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell)
  • Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
