Role : OnBase Enterprise Content Management(ECM) Developer
Duration : Long Term
Location : NE
Description:
The ECM Solutions Developer Senior role will work within an establish OnBase Team and other developers, analysts, architects, QA/QC, project managers and business leaders in designing and developing technology solutions to address complex business problems. Client utilizes Agile development methodology in its software development.
• Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for OnBase solutions.
• Responsible for the support, development, and integration of solutions deployed on the OnBase by Hyland enterprise platform.
• Serve as an escalation point for production and/or platform issues.
• Executing change control and promotions activities.
• Follow established and assists with establishing best practices and guidelines for usage of the OnBase platform.
• Experience with developing and maintaining OnBase Workflows and WorkView applications.
Primary Responsibilities
• Work with business users and the ECM development team to deliver business value and user adoption of ECM technologies for business processes at Client.
• Provide end-to-end support to implement solutions such as Workflow Management, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Case Management (WorkView) and developing web forms.
• Assists with; process flow analysis, capturing business requirements, design, architecture, development and testing of content management solutions.
• Develop interfaces between OnBase and other applications using Hyland's Unity toolkit, external database links, API/web services and/or custom integration applications to link enterprise applications with OnBase solutions, achieving a seamless user experience.
• Maintain/refine existing content management solutions to meet future service requirements.
• Ability to use SQL scripting for the creation of reports or database queries.
• Troubleshoot, and resolve ECM software and infrastructure issues.
• Plan for and test software updates, defects, and configuration changes.
• Provide full documentation for end product solutions.
Position Qualifications
• Completion of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, or Business (or equivalent technology field is required)
• Two or more (2+) years programming experience using Hyland-OnBase is required.
• Experience designing and configuring solution for OnBase Workflow and WorkView is required.
• Experience with development and software integration platforms (C#, .NET, Java, etc.).
• Experience deploying, documenting, and administering an OnBase implementation.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills are a must have.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OnBase module capabilities and how to properly extend OnBase's functionality
• Working technical knowledge of object-based programming languages, including C#, ASP.NET, or VB.NET Web service development knowledge.
• Experience with DB2, SQL Server 2012+, Windows Client, Windows Server and IIS.
• Creation of SQL stored procedures and queries to use within OnBase dashboards, reports, and interfaces.
• Experience with the Agile software development lifecycle
• Having one or more of the following Hyland OnBase certificates is favorable

  • OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA),
  • OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA)
  • OnBase WorkView Certification (OCWV).
  • OnBase Application Programing Interface certification (OCAPI)

• Must be able to work on site (telecommuting is not an option).
• May require occasional travel.
