Job Summary:

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role involves supervising front desk staff, resolving guest issues, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out procedures, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment in the hotel lobby. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support front desk staff, ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained.
     
  • Train, schedule, and monitor performance of front desk agents.
     
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures.
     
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
     
  • Ensure accuracy in room assignments, billing, and guest records.
     
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
     
  • Monitor lobby and front desk areas for cleanliness and efficiency.
     
  • Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs for front desk operations.
     
  • Prepare daily shift reports and communicate important information to management.
