Gandrud Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Cashier / Receptionist to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience while providing administrative and cashier support to our sales and service departments.

Whether you have previous experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, Front Desk Associate, Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Retail Associate, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Process customer payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions
  • Balance and reconcile the cash drawer accurately
  • Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records
  • Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties
