POSITION Front Office Supervisor JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible supervising the Hotel Operations and team members, including Guest Service Agents, shuttle drivers, Guest room attendants and houseperson during shift. Other duties as required. REPORTS TO Front Office Manager Essential Job Functions:To always uphold and comply with Company's Standards.Establish and maintain standards of a 5-star service.Supervise the floor, employees and employee's/guest relationship.train the staffRespond to guest complaints.Supervise all agents regarding closing paperwork and money drops.Manages day-to-day Front Desk operation.Coordinates Front Desk activities with Guest Relations and other departments for all VIPs.Performs daily guest room inspections as needed based on business demand.Maintains proper credit and cash bank procedures.Demonstrates consistent regard and dedication to guests, vendors, colleagues and the Company by being engaged, interested and productive.Demonstrates an understanding of the impact actions and decisions have on the Company both financially and on guest relations.Demonstrates the courage and initiative to present new ideas and perspective to create positive results.Exhibits respectful consideration of viewpoints, situations and others.Puts the guest at the forefront of every decision.Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
