Administrative Front Desk / Customer Service Associate โ€“ Springfield, MO Pay: $15.00/hr Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday | 9:30 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM Location: Springfield, MO Industry: Sewing / Retail

We are looking for a professional, outgoing, and motivated Front Desk / Customer Service Associate to join our Tulsa sewing company! This is a great opportunity for a go-getter with sales experience who enjoys working with customers and staying busy.

What You'll Do

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions.
  • Perform basic checkouts and transactions at the register.
  • Provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming store environment.
  • Assist with sales and recommend products or services when appropriate.
  • Keep the front desk and customer areas organized and presentable.
  • Support the team with other day-to-day store duties as needed.
