Position Summary
NeoVolta Power is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pendergrass, Georgia. As the first point of contact for our facility, you will play a vital role in welcoming visitors, directing incoming inquiries, and providing administrative support across site operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service with day-to-day office coordination.
 
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Visitor Management:
  • Greet and sign in visitors, job applicants, vendors, and contractors in accordance with site safety and security protocols.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, answer general inquiries, and route calls or messages to the appropriate departments.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries daily.
    2.Administrative & Operational Support:
  • Assist HR and management teams with document printing, scanning, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Help schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and assist in setting up on-site company events or employee luncheons, book hotel rooms.
  • Monitor and organize office and breakroom supplies to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
  • Coordinate facility logistics, such as liaising with office vendors 
3.  Communication & Support:
  • Draft routine internal notices, emails, and visitor welcome materials.
  • Provide administrative support for employee onboarding, including preparing welcome kits and badge passes.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by leadership.
 
Qualifications & Skills
1.Education & Experience:
  •  College degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing, warehouse, or corporate office setting.
2. Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using multi-line phone systems and basic office machinery (copiers, printers, scanners).
3. Interpersonal & Organizational Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
4. Physical Demands & Work Environment
  •  Standard office and reception environment within a manufacturing facility.
  •  Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of office supply boxes up to 25 lbs.
