Role Description The Floral Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves designing and assembling fresh and permanent floral arrangements for daily orders, events, holidays, and special occasions. Responsibilities include selecting and preparing flowers, following design guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring quality and consistency in all products.
