Key Responsibilities

Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and develop the site maintenance team, cultivating a proactive culture centered on safety, total productive maintenance (TPM), and minimal equipment downtime.
  • Process Automation & Systems Integration: Design, configure, and troubleshoot industrial control systems, networking infrastructure (including VLANs for secure PLC connections), and data aggregation software. Interface process data with core business intelligence systems (ERP/MES).
  • Equipment Optimization: Design, install, and optimize manufacturing equipment, with a specific focus on extrusion systems. Proactively identify, recommend, and execute upgrades for obsolete machinery, controls, and legacy programs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and pioneer new technologies to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and sustainable engineering solutions.
  • Advanced Problem Solving: Apply rigorous engineering principles to solve complex, unprecedented technical challenges where no established playbook exists.
Qualifications & Technical Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a strong sense of ownership, excellent collaborative skills, and a proven track record of creative technical problem-solving.
