Job Summary:
Mindlance is a company focused on delivering a Service Aware Organization by standardizing service identity and automating operations. The Flow Designer/Automation Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing automated workflows that operationalize service-aware processes across the platform, ensuring processes are automated and aligned to service-aware principles.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, build, and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and related automation capabilities.
โ€ข Develop reusable flows, subflows, and actions for enterprise-scale use cases.
โ€ข Ensure workflows are modular, maintainable, and aligned to platform standards.
โ€ข Translate business and operational processes into automated workflows.
โ€ข Eliminate manual coordination by automating decision points and execution steps.
โ€ข Align workflows to service dependencies and operational realities.
โ€ข Embed governance rules and approval models into workflow logic.
โ€ข Prevent incomplete, non-compliant, or unauthorized actions.
โ€ข Enforce service ownership, lifecycle, and control requirements through automation.
โ€ข Build workflows supporting change lifecycle, including validation, approvals, and execution gating.
โ€ข Enable incident routing, triage, and enrichment workflows.
