  • Submit availability through our scheduling system

  • Receive real-time ride requests via text

  • Travel promptly to client locations (goal: within 30 minutes)

  • Meet and assist members professionally

  • Safely drive members home in their vehicles

  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and leadership

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences

Solo drivers may use Uber or Lyft for return transportation.
